Included are a lengthy history of the party, from the ideas of its formation, conceived in a prison cell, until today. The Panther 10-point program, guiding force behind the organization, is published in full. In an interview conducted in jail, party chairman Bobby Seale elaborates on the program and discusses party views on guns, revolution, serving the people, male chauvinism and government repression. Another article analyzes the history of police harassment against the party, among other features.
